New day, new post. Today I decided to diy the advent wreath, because today is the first Advent Sunday. Advent is a season observed in many Western Christian churches as a time of expectant waiting and preparation for the celebration of the Nativity of Jesus at Christmas. I'm really excited about Christmas, spending more time with family, Christmas decors, delicious food and little presents. So.. hope you guys like this little post and here we go.
You will need:
- straw wreath
- candles of your choice ( I took white ones )
- pine springs
- cones
- glue ( I used super glue; super fast drying )
- snow spray
- silver ribbon
1. On the beginning I took wreath and glue on the candle stands, each one on the opposite sides. After that I started to glue on the pine springs around and in the middle of each candle stand.
2. Second step is adding cones and prickly branches. You can also add other things you would like on your wreath such as moss, leaves, Christmas decoration balls etc.
3. After I was pleased with how my wreath was looking, I put the candles back in stands, added silver ribbon just around one candle and than for the end I sprayed wreath and cones with decorative fake snow just for the finale touches.
I'm really satisfy how it ended up looking. For the end I added little white angel in the middle and moved my wreath on decorative plate.
Hope you all are having beautiful Sunday. Enjoy, Anna ❄️
